Next Step Counselling is a small, local practice that caters to our client’s individual needs – with us, you won’t get the big box experience! We care about each client, and can offer an experience that is both unique and personal. Our services are tailored specifically to our clients, creating a safe, therapeutic space that is right for you. As a smaller practice, we have a group of local therapists with unique specialities that we can match to your needs so that you can get the most out of your experience. We specialize in clinical counselling for those suffering in areas such as stress, anxiety, relationship problems and depression. We understand that life can have many challenges, and our goal is to help people navigate through life’s tougher situations. Next Step is based on the philosophy that through authentic connections and strength based interventions, individuals within our community can move forward through their next steps in life.

Social Pressures
