Format: Online Zoom Meetings
Cost: $50/session ($300 CAD plus GST Total)
Number of Participants: Max 10
Do you suffer from anxiety? Do you wish that you knew how to better manage your anxiety? Do you find times where you are so overwhelmed, you wish you knew what to do? This 6-week course will allow you to network with others who have similar struggles and learn more about anxiety and the tools you can use to help manage your anxiety.
