Hailey

Hailey – Registered Clinical Counsellor

I am a registered clinical counsellor who helps adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. It can be hard to navigate life and its stressors, especially if you have suffered trauma, but through commitment to your wellbeing and the effective application of counselling modalities, we can eliminate the barriers that are keeping you from having the life you deserve.

I offer the following empirically supported therapies: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and biofeedback. I also help couples work through relationship strain, using the same techniques.

From your first session, you will be welcomed with a supportive and safe space that fosters your ability to achieve your wellness goals. I look forward to welcoming you to a balanced, healthy, and enjoyable lifestyle.

“I have been seeing Hailey for the past year, and ever since our first session she has been extremely easy to connect with. I struggle with anxiety and depression, yet leave every session feeling calmer and more positive. I would absolutely recommend Hailey to anyone seeking counselling services.”
