Danielle recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has experience supporting both youth and adults. Danielle also does agency mental health work, helping individuals and families in the community.
Danielle creates a safe and supportive space through a warm and approachable style and trauma-informed approach. She values building strong, collaborative relationships centred on the client’s needs. Danielle often integrates techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to promote practical and meaningful change.
