Julie Partridge – Student Therapist
Attuned connection. Deep witnessing. Radical Compassion.
My work is grounded in knowing that every person carries a story shaped by relationships, identity, culture, and lived experience. Anchored in authentic human connection and supported by trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, I offer an inclusive, non-judgemental space where you can exhale, be seen, and explore what it means to come home to yourself.
I bring both years of professional training and lived experience to my clinical practice. My lens is shaped by the paths I’ve walked: leaning into queerness and sexual identity issues, dealing with chronic health concerns, caring for children on the ASD spectrum and aging parents, and processing the realities (and surprises!) of mid-life. I understand what it means to hold many roles, carry invisible layers, and still seek connection, clarity, and growth.
As a counsellor, I believe healing is both a personal and collective process. Whether navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or the long echoes of trauma, there is power in collaboration and community. Our work together is a place to reconnect with your strengths, reclaim your voice, and build a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
