Katelyn – Student Therapist

Katelyn is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University, currently completing her practicum.

She offers a warm, non-judgmental space where you can show up fully yourself — messy, complicated, funny, and human — whatever that looks like for you.

Working from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective, Katelyn tailors her approach to your unique goals, learning style, and hopes for therapy. She draws from a variety of therapeutic models to support this process, including cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. Whether you are looking to process past experiences, learn practical tools, or explore parts of yourself more deeply, your goals and preferences are central to the work you will do together.

Together, you will create a space where complicated is welcome, humour is allowed, and healing gets to be human.
